The Area World Tour: Outloud’s Youth Week Showcase
Sat 29 April – 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Bankstown Arts Centre and Outloud are excited to host ‘The Area-World Tour’ to celebrate Youth Week!
Young artists will take over the Arts Centre with performance, music, visual arts, and film in a talent extravaganza.
Outloud invites local emerging and first-time artists aged 10-25 to jump on stage or put their art on the walls on Darug land at the Bankstown Arts Centre.
We accept expressions of interest from solo and group artists/performers.
Performers will be paid in visa gift cards that can be redeemed anywhere with EFTPOS – $50 for individuals and $200 for groups.
Examples of types of artists we are looking for include:
- Musical Performers (individual/group)
- Drama Performers (individual/group)
- DJs
- Visual Artists
- Short Films
- Dance Groups
- Cultural music groups
- Spoken word artists/poets
The event date is the 29th of April 2023 from 12:00 – 4:00 pm.
Outloud’s team will support each artist through feedback, rehearsal and performance tips and tricks.
