Outloud is proud to present ‘Sound for Serenity,’ a video series where music and mental health take centre stage. Sounds for Serenity brings together local musicians who will share their songs alongside stories of self-care, inspiration, and the realities of looking after our wellbeing. Alongside these artists, we also spotlight some local mental health providers, who each give some tips and things to think about to support yourself, and your friends and family.
Watch the Sounds for Serenity series!
